As a Construction Laborer, you will play a critical role in assisting our crews with various construction projects, ensuring the safety and well-being of your crew members, and contributing to the timely completion of each project.

Responsibilities:

* Maintain safe and healthy work sites by following company standards and procedures while complying with legal requirements.
* Properly use hand tools in a safe and efficient manner.
* Proficiently learn all aspects of the installation process.
* Communicate effectively with Senior Staff to ensure each project is installed correctly, safely, and in accordance with determined timelines.

Requirements:

* Minimum one year of experience as a general laborer or skilled trades apprentice.
* Valid Driver's License.
* Ability to proficiently read, write, and communicate in English.
* Willingness and ability to travel 75-85%+ as required.
* In-depth knowledge of construction processes.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

* Ability to lift 50 pounds.
* Travel required (75-85%+), must be willing and able to drive company vehicle and/or fly commercially if necessary.
* Ability to stand or walk for 3-4 hours at a time.
* Manual dexterity to operate hand tools.

Work Environment:

* Exposure to weather in varying climates.
* Exposure to noise intensity levels.
* Exposure to energized electrical equipment.
* Exposure to overhead hazards (crane & rigging).
* Exposure to heavy machinery.
