Job Summary:

About the Role:
The Facilities Technician will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of our properties. This includes performing routine cleaning tasks, handling light maintenance tasks, and ensuring that all areas of the property are kept tidy and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and window cleaning;
- Handle light maintenance tasks such as touch-up painting, replacing light bulbs, and minor repairs;
- Ensure all areas of the property are kept tidy and well-maintained;

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required;
- 1-2 years of experience in maintenance or a related field preferred;
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds;
- Reliable transportation;
- Strong communication and teamwork skills;
