Job Summary:

The Logistics Company is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Billeting Clerk. This role will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our clients, ensuring timely and efficient processing of facility requirements, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate records of building reservations and cancellations, as well as key property books and hand receipts.
  • Process and manage facility requests, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of services.
  • Provide exceptional customer support, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Assist with the administration of the Key Trak computer system, including programming and editing key IDs.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Site Support Lead, including working a flexible work week.

Requirements:

  • High school graduate or equivalent (GED) required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook required.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills required.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team required.
  • Valid state driver's license and ability to maintain post driving privileges required.

Language Skills:

The ideal candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to read, comprehend, and explain instructions, letters, memos, emails, and correspondence in English.

Work Environment:

The Billeting Clerk will work in a fast-paced office environment, with frequent interaction with clients and colleagues. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a team environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and attention to detail.
