Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Groundskeeper to join our team at a community in the Victorville, CA area. This is a full-time, hourly position with full benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and landscaping tasks to ensure the exterior living environment is well-maintained and visually appealing.
  • Use a variety of tools and equipment, including paint brushes, rollers, spray equipment, ladders, solvents, cleaners, tape, and coverings, as well as power tools like snakes, jack hammers, electrical test devices, grinders, drills, and saws.
  • Provide excellent customer service and present work in a professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve common goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Basic experience with property maintenance and landscaping.
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
