Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our team at Mary & Elizabeth Hospital. As a key member of our imaging department, you will be responsible for producing high-quality diagnostic images for patients in various settings, including the Emergency Department and Intensive Care Unit.

Responsibilities
  • Operate X-ray and CT equipment to produce diagnostic images
  • Prepare patients for imaging procedures, ensuring their comfort and safety
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses
  • Maintain accurate records of patient imaging procedures and results
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
Requirements
  • ARRT (MR) certification
  • Kentucky State Radiation License
  • BLS certification
  • 2 years of experience in acute care settings, including X-ray and CT imaging
Work Schedule

This is a third-shift position, working Tuesday-Friday one week and Wednesday-Saturday the next. You will work 40 hours per week, with every other Saturday off.

  • Patient ratios: 1:1
  • Equipment used: Siemens Edge and Siemens Definition AS
  • EMR system used: Cerner
Additional Details
  • Scrub attire: Ceil Blue Top, Ceil blue or black pants, Ceil blue or black scrub jacket
  • Unacceptable attire: no hoodies, T-shirts, no crocs, no open-toe shoes
