About Our Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Program Manager (Requirements) to join our team in Herndon, VA. This full-time position comes with an estimated salary of $120,000 per year.

The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs, translate them into functional and technical requirements, and collaborate with developers to ensure successful project execution.

The key responsibilities of this role include:
  • Requirements Gathering and Analysis
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements, ensuring a thorough understanding of business needs.
    • Translate business requirements into technical requirements and functional specifications for the development team.
  • Technical Expertise
    • Leverage Object-Oriented Programming skills using Java, C#, or C++ to understand, discuss, and review code and technical designs.
    • Assist in the design and architecture of solutions using proven design patterns.
    • Engage in hands-on prototyping to validate requirements and solutions as needed.
  • Web Development and Integration
    • Work with developers using web technologies (PHP, JavaScript, ASP.NET) to ensure that front-end and back-end requirements align with user expectations.
    • Assist in web service integration, ensuring smooth data flows and interactions between systems.
  • Agile Development Cycle
    • Participate actively in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews.
    • Track and manage user stories and technical tasks through the Agile lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Database Management
    • Design and validate data models, schemas, and queries for relational databases to support application requirements.
    • Work with SQL and other database technologies to ensure data integrity, performance, and alignment with business logic.
  • Documentation and Communication
    • Create detailed documentation for requirements, workflows, and processes.
    • Facilitate clear communication between stakeholders, developers, and testers throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Qualifications:
  • Active Top Secret clearance with ability to obtain CI Polygraph.
  • Experience in the Intelligence Community is highly desired.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Requirements Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role.
  • Solid knowledge of web development technologies (PHP, JavaScript, ASP.NET).
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and development cycles.
  • Strong understanding of design patterns and their practical applications.
  • Proficiency in working with relational databases (SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle).
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
