Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with manufacturing teams to resolve design issues and enhance production processes.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation, including design files and compliance records, ensuring adherence to industry standards.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to propose design improvements that enhance product functionality.
  • Create technical manuals to assist in the operation and troubleshooting of systems.
  • Develop mechanical models and conduct tolerance analyses to validate design concepts.
  • Lead initiatives across departments to meet project specifications.
  • Recommend process improvements and present findings to relevant teams.
  • Document solutions through flowcharts, diagrams, and detailed reports.
  • Assist in establishing a Quality Control program that meets industry safety standards.
  • Define project scopes and objectives, ensuring technical feasibility and timely delivery.
  • Conduct research and present findings in team meetings.
  • Enhance professional knowledge through workshops and networking.
  • Mentor and support team members as needed.
  • Oversee technical aspects of assigned projects.

Required Skills:
  • Knowledge of Quality Function Deployment (QFD) and development planning.

Work Environment:

This position may require prolonged standing and lifting of heavy objects. Candidates should be prepared to work in varying temperature conditions.

Physical Requirements:

Position Type:

Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electro-Mechanical, Mechatronics, Manufacturing Application, or related field) or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a technical role.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing setting.
  • 1-3 years of project management experience preferred.
