Overview

Novant Health is seeking a highly skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our Anesthesia team as a Supervisor. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of CRNAs and contribute to the delivery of exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and evaluate the clinical work of CRNAs, ensuring compliance with departmental policies and procedures.
  • Maintain clinical and professional competency, adhering to departmental protocols and standards.
  • Facilitate day-to-day schedule management, complete patient care assignments, and ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
  • Represent CRNAs to leadership and facilitate communication between departments.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing and Master's of Science in Nursing required.
  • Current valid North Carolina nursing license required.
  • Certified RN Anesthetist required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of CRNA experience required.
