Requirements:

  • Preferred experience: one year of recent bed-side LPN experience to work Med Surg

  • Certifications: BLS through the American Heart Association is required
  • Licensure: compact LPN license

  • Community hospitals: Waldron, Paris, Ozark, Booneville, Berryville
