  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with other IT professionals, including DevOps engineers, Systems Engineers, software developers, and network engineers, to ensure the integration of IT infrastructure solutions.
  • Technical Support and Guidance: Provide technical support and guidance to other IT professionals to ensure the successful implementation of IT infrastructure solutions.
  • Monitoring and Maintenance: Work with the team to create and utilize tools to monitor applications and services in the cloud, including system health indicators, trend identification, and anomaly detection.
Requirements
  • Strong Technical Knowledge: Possess strong knowledge of virtualization technologies, disaster recovery solutions, container technologies, and cybersecurity threats and measures.
  • Cloud and On-Premise Hosting: Have working knowledge of both cloud and on-premise hosting.
  • Microsoft Office and Network Infrastructure: Be proficient in Microsoft Office products and well-versed in network infrastructure technologies and protocols.
  • Server Operating Systems and Scripting: Have strong working experience with server operating systems and knowledge of SQL and Unix/Linux shell scripting.
  • Automation Tools and Cloud Solutions: Have knowledge of automation tools and cloud-based solutions, including AWS and Azure.
  • Leadership and Communication: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to think strategically, and lead and manage technical professionals.
  • Education and Experience: Hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field, or equivalent work experience, and have 15+ years of experience.
