Job Title: Store Director

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Director to lead our retail store team. As a Store Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, managing a team of sales associates, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership: Provide guidance and direction to the sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives.
• Store Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management, customer service, and visual merchandising.
• Team Management: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team.
• Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and increase customer loyalty.
• Expense Control: Manage store expenses to ensure profitability.
• Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner.

Requirements:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience: 2+ years of retail management experience.
• Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in inventory management and customer service software.
