Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Bookkeeper to join our team in Financial Operations. In this role, you will play a critical part in delivering exceptional bookkeeping and payroll services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage financial transactions, reconcile accounts, and generate financial statements to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
  • Prepare and process payroll, 1099s, and W2s, ensuring compliance with tax regulations.
  • Provide excellent customer service, communicating effectively with clients, suppliers, vendors, and banking contacts.
  • Assist in client retention and growth opportunities, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated expertise in bookkeeping practices and generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
  • High school diploma or equivalent; national bookkeeping certifications preferred.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of bookkeeping experience, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask and work independently.
  • Treatment of confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated annual salary for this position is $65,000-$80,000, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as retirement savings and paid time off.
