About the Role

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome guests to our restaurant and bar, providing a warm and inviting atmosphere.
  • Share your knowledge of our menu and beverage offerings, making recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
  • Assist guests with our mobile ordering app, ensuring seamless service and minimizing wait times.
  • Take and deliver food and beverage orders, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Provide outstanding service, ensuring guests feel valued and appreciated.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of all restaurant and food and beverage areas, maintaining a safe and healthy environment.
  • Prepare fresh garnishes for drinks, stocking ice, glassware, flatware, and supplies as needed.
  • Comply with all safety and sanitation ordinances, as well as state liquor laws and regulations.
  • Handle cash and credit transactions accurately, processing payments and balancing cash drawers.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and seamless service, achieving our goal of delivering an exceptional guest experience.
Requirements:
  • Previous bartending experience in a high-volume environment is required.
  • Must be available to work weekends and holidays, as well as flexible scheduling to meet business needs.
  • Must be able to correctly use our point-of-sale system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all transactions.
  • Excellent communication and guest service skills are essential, as well as a strong team focus and ability to work collaboratively.
  • Must be of legal age to serve alcohol and able to stand and walk for long periods of time, as well as lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
  • Must be able to work in an indoor and outdoor environment, adapting to changing conditions as needed.
