Job Description

The Organizational Change Management Specialist will be responsible for supporting the Chief Operating Officer (COO) to drive organizational change through a refresh of organization-wide operational, information, and accountability systems. This role involves collaborating with colleagues to understand and document processes and procedures across a range of organizational functions, designing and maintaining tracking tools or information portals, conducting research on best practices, trends, available systems, and vendor evaluations, gathering, consolidating, and organizing data and metrics, and generating reports as required.
