About the Role:
As a Workfront Business Analyst at Futran Tech Solutions Pvt. Ltd., you will play a crucial role in delivering effective Workfront solutions to our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to gather requirements for Workfront implementations and lead discussions with business teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business teams to understand their requirements and finalize user stories.
- Work closely with the development team to drive scope lock freeze calls and ensure timely project completion.
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and work with the business team to execute test cases and ensure logical closure.
- Resolve any issues that arise during UAT and work with the IT team to ensure timely closure.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of relevant experience in Adobe Workfront projects.
- Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
- Excellent verbal, presentation, and written communication skills.
- Experience in Agile project management.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills for interacting with executive clients and sponsors.
- Experience in developing practical solutions and methodologies.
