Ringer Hut Japanese Noodle Restaurant is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team at our full-service restaurant in Ala Moana Shopping Center.

Employment Details
  • Employment Status: Part-time or Full-time
  • Positions Available: All Kitchen and Server positions
  • Number of Staff Hiring: 5
  • Work Hours: 8:30am to 10:00pm (Flexible)
  • Starting Wage: Server: $13.00/hour + tip, Cook: $17.00/hour + tip
  • Rate Increase and Bonus: Based on evaluation

Server Position Responsibilities
  • Warmly greet all customers and utilize suggestive selling techniques to enhance their dining experience.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of our menu items, garnishes, ingredients, and preparation methods.
  • Effectively communicate with customers, answering questions about menu offerings and providing recommendations.
  • Accurately record customer orders and ensure order accuracy through communication with the kitchen staff using point-of-sale systems.
  • Process customer payments in accordance with established cash handling procedures.
  • Clear tables promptly, sanitize surfaces, and reset tables for the next guests.
  • Assist other service personnel as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area while efficiently managing multiple tasks and attending to the needs of all dining room patrons.
  • Resolve customer concerns professionally and notify management of any issues.
  • Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines.
Cook Position Responsibilities
  • Prepare food items according to company specifications, following established recipes and ensuring consistent quality and presentation.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, including equipment cleaning, dishwashing, sanitizing surfaces, and taking out trash.
  • Assist with inventory management, labeling, stocking, and restocking ingredients for optimal organization and accessibility.
  • Receive and inspect food and supply deliveries, ensuring quality and adherence to specifications.
  • Comply with all sanitation guidelines and complete daily/weekly checklists and counts.
  • Follow all safety protocols and procedures.
