Job SummaryWe're seeking a Sales Associate to join our team at Orangetheory - Franchise #0303. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for greeting members, presenting the Orangetheory concept, working at the front desk, giving studio tours, and selling memberships. You will also be working hand-in-hand with trainers to guide new members through their first workout and handling members' concerns in a professional and objective manner.
Key Responsibilities- Greet members with enthusiasm and energy, providing a positive first impression of our studio
- Presentation of the Orangetheory concept to interested consumers, also known as "intros"
- Working at the front desk, answering phones, and communicating with members
- Conducting studio tours to showcase our facilities and services
- Collaborating with trainers to guide new members through their first workout
- Selling memberships to help our studio thrive
- Following up with prospective clients to ensure a smooth onboarding process
- Handling members' concerns in a professional and objective manner, with the goal of resolution
- Participating in marketing and outreach events to promote our studio and services
- Maintaining a clean and organized studio environment
We're looking for a Sales Associate who is passionate about fitness, has excellent communication skills, and is able to work effectively in a team environment. If you're a positive and enthusiastic individual who is eager to share our story and success with others, we'd love to hear from you.
