Job Overview

Mashburn, LLC is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team in our Atlanta shop. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized service to customers, ensuring a welcoming and memorable brand experience
  • Develop deep knowledge of our products and styling to advise customers on their needs
  • Maintain an active client book, contacting clients regularly and providing follow-up
  • Create meaningful relationships with customers to personalize interactions and build loyalty
  • Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and seasonal sales goals
  • Work collaboratively with fellow associates to ensure a consistent customer experience and contribute to a positive working environment
Requirements
  • Possess a passion for menswear and knowledge of fabrics, garment construction, and styling
  • Demonstrate a kind, friendly, and enthusiastic attitude with a desire to serve others and provide memorable hospitality
  • Proven ability to quickly build rapport and relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Proven ability to drive and exceed individual and/or team sales goals
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-up skills
  • A proactive, self-starter mindset with a willingness to bring new ideas and solutions to the team
