We are seeking a skilled and experienced Dedicated Truck Driver to join our team at Midwest Logistics Systems. As a Dedicated Truck Driver, you will be responsible for hauling automotive parts in dry van trailers with newer day cabs, working with onsite leaders and dispatch, and driving the same out-and-back dedicated route every day.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive a dedicated route with a consistent schedule, ensuring timely delivery of automotive parts to our customers.
  • Work closely with onsite leaders and dispatch to ensure efficient communication and coordination of routes and deliveries.
  • Operate a dry van trailer with a newer day cab, adhering to all safety regulations and company policies.
  • Haul no-touch, mostly drop-and-hook freight, minimizing the need for manual handling and ensuring a safe working environment.

  • Competitive weekly pay, with opportunities for route and detention pay.
  • A $3,000 sign-on bonus for experienced drivers, in addition to safety and performance bonuses of up to $600 per quarter.

Requirements
  • A valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
  • Live within 30 miles of Indianapolis, IN.
