Key Responsibilities:- Conduct surveys of healthcare facilities to ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Assess the quality of care provided to residents and patients
- Identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for corrective action
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality care
- Travel up to 75% of the time to conduct surveys and provide training
- Master's degree in Social Work
- Successful completion of CMS's Long-Term Care Basic Training and SMQT certification
- At least two years of experience working as a surveyor accrediting or certifying facilities
- Current licensure to practice as an LCSW
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- U.S. Citizenship required
- Competitive salary range of $72,000 - $80,000 per year
