Nurse Practitioner

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled and compassionate Home Health Registered Nurse to join our team for a 13-week assignment in [CITY & STATE].

This is a [TIME] shift position, requiring you to provide medical care in the privacy of patients' homes. You will be responsible for conducting thorough nursing assessments, documenting patient records accurately, and collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure high-quality care.

• Complete nursing assessments of patients and document appropriately into patient records.
• Communicate and collaborate with physicians and other health team members.
• Provide and coordinate patient care with other health team members.
• Monitor patients' responses to interventions and report outcomes.
• Administer medications as ordered with appropriate documentation.

• One year's experience as a Registered Nurse, at least six months recent Home Health experience required.
• Current RN License.
• Current BLS Certification.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted driver's license.
• Must have valid auto insurance.
