Toms Ford Inc. is in search of an Automotive Parts Specialist to support our extensive wholesale parts operation. While prior experience with Ford parts is advantageous, we are open to training motivated individuals.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the receipt and processing of all parts orders
- Maintain oversight and organization of parts inventory
- Create designated storage locations for incoming stock
- Inform customers upon the arrival of parts
- Report any shortages or damages in orders
- Handle accessories and ensure proper shelving
- Prepare items for returns and shipping
- Sort orders for each dealership
- Deliver parts to alternate locations as needed
- Perform light forklift operations
- Process warranty-related scrap materials
- Keep the workspace tidy and organized
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and procedures
- Comply with applicable federal, state, and local regulations
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- A minimum of 3 years experience in automotive parts sales
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Detail-oriented with a professional demeanor and strong work ethic
