We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Good Samaritan Society - Waconia. As a skilled care nurse, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents and their families.

Job Summary

The Registered Nurse is responsible for providing high-quality, individualized care to our residents. This includes assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care to meet the unique needs of each resident. You will work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery and excellent outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct care to residents, including administering medications, performing treatments, and providing emotional support
  • Assess resident needs and develop individualized care plans to meet those needs
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care delivery
  • Document resident care and progress in a timely and accurate manner
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident care and satisfaction
Requirements
  • Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program
  • Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
