- Three years of experience in hospital or physician insurance-related activities
- Advanced knowledge of EOB, UB-04, HCFA 1500, CPT, ICD-10 codes, and insurance billing terminology
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
