Laminating Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Laminating Technician to join our team at Interprint, Inc. in Pittsfield, MA.

As a Laminating Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the high-quality production of laminated materials for various applications.

The estimated salary for this position is $19.50-$20.50 per hour, depending on experience and level.

• Prepare workstations and materials for laminating by reviewing job information and assembling required components.
• Monitor and maintain the condition of laminating plates, cleaning them as needed and mixing resin according to specifications.
• Produce high- and low-pressure laminates to customer specifications, meeting the needs of Technical Services, Custom print, and Marketing.
• Maintain production and quality standards by following standard operating procedures and reporting any necessary changes or improvements.
• Ensure equipment operation by completing preventive maintenance tasks and troubleshooting malfunctions.
• Maintain inventory levels and supplies by organizing materials and operating lift trucks as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment by adhering to company procedures and regulations.
