Primary Care Physician

Optum WA, a leading healthcare organization, is seeking a skilled Primary Care Physician to join our team in Kirkland, WA.

Position Details:
- Outpatient Primary Care, including office consults, annual visits, follow-up appointments, and in-office procedures.
- Work-life balance with a 4-day workweek and part-time/reduced schedule opportunities.
- 16-20 patients per day.
- Collegial group of providers with excellent support staff.
- Light and shared call with Triage RN support.
Required Qualifications:
- Unrestricted WA Physician License or the ability to obtain prior to start.
- Current DEA certificate required prior to start date.
- BC/BE Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
- Experienced preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
We offer a competitive compensation package, including medical malpractice coverage and tail policy, Paid Time Off (PTO), holidays, CME time and dollars, medical, dental, and vision benefits, company-paid life insurance, 401(k) and match, and bonus potential.
Washington Residents Only: The salary range for this role is $249,728 to $355,092 per year. Salary Range is defined as total cash compensation at target. The actual range and pay mix of base and bonus is variable based upon experience and metric achievement.
