Home Health Certified Nursing Assistant Job Description

At Interim HealthCare, we're committed to providing exceptional care to our patients in the comfort of their own homes. As a Home Health Certified Nursing Assistant, you'll play a vital role in delivering personalized care and support to our patients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Care for seniors and individuals with chronic diseases or illnesses in their homes
  • Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene
  • Help with ambulation, transfers, and range of motion exercises
  • Monitor vital signs, intake/output, and document any changes
  • Collaborate with a team of home health nurses and aides to ensure a patient's care plan is followed
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent and active Nursing Assistant Certification in Colorado
  • CPR certification
  • No COVID vaccination required
  • Pass a background check and drug test
  • Compassionate nature, good communication skills, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs
