Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Fuel Center Associate to join our team at Smith's Food and Drug. As a key member of our fuel center team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing cash transactions, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Model Customer 1st behavior and deliver excellent customer service
  • Pump gas and complete daily tours and inspections
  • Fill out incident and security reports
  • Clean up fuel spills and complete Fuel Spill Reports
  • Recover displays and maintain cleanliness of the department
  • Perform cashier functions and answer telephones
  • Comply with corporate policies and safety guidelines
  • Promote and follow company initiatives
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Familiarity with industry/technical terms and processes
  • Minimum 18 years of age (19 years of age in Alaska and Idaho)
  • Ability to work without direct supervision and in a fast-paced environment
