About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Private Banking Support:
    • Prepare and process various documents, including letters, memorandums, and reports.
    • Assist in opening new accounts, client account maintenance, and preparing loan papers.
    • Help resolve customer problems and provide quality customer service via various channels.
    • Conduct daily overdraft reviews and serve as a contact for the service center when the Private Banking team is unavailable.
    • Manage customer data and identify opportunities for growth.
    • Support marketing efforts and new product development initiatives.
  • Private Wealth Sales and Prospect Support:
    • Prepare client review materials and assist in creating inserts, bind booklets, and meeting support.
    • Prepare prospect materials for field use as directed by the sales team.
    • Assist the Chief Investment Strategist in developing thought leadership marketing materials.
    • Follow up on new client onboarding and work with the Admin team to create a seamless client experience.
    • Support regional teams with client event organization.
    • May be responsible for direct outreach to clients for scheduling, follow-up, and paperwork.

Qualifications
