Location Description:

Our Gaylord, Minnesota location is situated in the heart of Minnesota's Healthy Heartland region. The site is approximately an hour west of the Twin Cities and 35 minutes from Mankato, Hutchinson, and New Ulm. As the County Seat, Gaylord is the hub of Sibley County. Our facility produces a range of liquid egg, hardcook egg, and precooked egg products, including scrambled eggs, patties, and omelets.

Responsibilities:
  • Operate computerized process systems to ensure efficient production.
  • Perform CIPs (Cleaning-In-Place) of silos and equipment to maintain sanitation and quality standards.
  • Blend and sanitize products to meet company and USDA requirements.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot CIP systems to ensure proper functioning.
  • Prepare written reports and maintain logs, records, and documentation as required.
  • Collaborate with the packaging lead to ensure timely hook-up and startup of production lines.
  • Perform minor maintenance repairs and troubleshoot equipment issues.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Three to six months of related experience and/or training preferred.
  • Ability to work in high and confined spaces while following safety procedures.
  • Ability to work overtime and/or weekends as required.
