Job Summary
Soliant is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in San Ramon, CA. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality speech therapy services to students in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized speech therapy plans to meet the unique needs of students
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination of services
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify areas of strength and weakness in students' communication skills
- Provide direct and indirect services to students, including individual and group therapy sessions
- Document student progress and maintain accurate records of services provided
Requirements
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
- California SLP license
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in speech therapy, preferably in a school setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
