About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Sanitation Technician. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of sanitation and hygiene throughout our facility. You will work closely with our production team to ensure that all equipment and areas are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized to meet regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
* Perform plant cleaning tasks as prescribed by our Master Sanitation Schedule
* Maintain general housekeeping in all areas of the plant
* Utilize powered cleaning equipment, including lifts, power washers, and foam applicators
* Operate equipment such as floor jacks, trash compactors, and vacuum cleaners safely and efficiently
* Disassemble and reassemble machines, pumps, and other processing equipment
* Work independently with minimal supervision to achieve high efficiency levels
* Participate in training programs and adhere to safety protocols and procedures
* Assist departments in spill containment and pest control efforts

Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent preferred
* 1 year of production experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
