Key Responsibilities
  • Provide advice, counseling, and representation services to businesses throughout California.
  • Assist with and conduct investigations, stay up to date on relevant laws, and regularly update clients.
  • Manage cases independently and work well in a team-oriented environment.
Requirements
  • 3-6 years of experience in employment, business, and/or commercial litigation.
  • Licensed in CA and in good standing.
  • JD degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
  • Experience drafting and preparing pleadings, motions, and other legal documents; taking/defending depositions; conducting mediations and negotiations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to handle high-volume workload and effectively prioritize matters.
