Certified Athletic Trainer

The Steadman Clinic is seeking a highly skilled Certified Athletic Trainer to join our team. As a Certified Athletic Trainer, you will be responsible for providing athletic training services to student-athletes at Aspen High School.

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Certified Athletic Trainer to provide athletic training services to student-athletes participating in CHSAA athletics. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sports medicine, concussion management, and injury prevention.

• Provide daily athletic training services to student-athletes participating in CHSAA athletics
• Conduct pre-participation physicals and provide emergency care and first aid
• Manage concussion protocols and provide education to student-athletes, parents, and coaches
• Document all injuries, treatments, and return to play progressions
• Develop and implement injury prevention and treatment programs
• Communicate with athletes, parents, medical director, and school staff
• Manage supply and budget
• Organize and assist with pre-participation physicals
• Comply with policies and procedures

• Master's degree in athletic training or related field
• BOC Certified Athletic Trainer, in good standing
• Current Colorado state licensed athletic trainer, valid with DORA
• BLS for healthcare provider
• SafeSport Certification (Core Training and Health Professional)
• Experience in lecturing/teaching and concussion management
