Job Summary:
The Room Attendant position is essential in ensuring that all guest accommodations are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort. This role is pivotal in enhancing the overall guest experience through meticulous attention to detail and outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive cleaning of guest rooms to meet established cleanliness standards.
- Organize and prepare housekeeping carts with necessary supplies for efficient service.
- Remove trash and used linens from guest rooms and common areas.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in hallways, public spaces, and storage areas.
- Restock housekeeping carts and replenish cleaning supplies for the following day.
- Promptly report any missing items or maintenance concerns to management.
- Follow established procedures for handling Lost and Found items.
- Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction through attentive service.
Qualifications:
- A High School diploma or relevant experience in the hospitality sector is preferred.
- Ability to lift weights up to 50 pounds occasionally and 20 pounds frequently.
- Capability to stand for extended periods while performing duties.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
