We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Warehouse Associate to join our team at Bob's Red Mill Natural Foods, Inc. As a key member of our wholesale operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring that customers have an exceptional experience while interacting with our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Knowledge and Customer Service: Share product knowledge enthusiastically and accurately to elevate service and increase sales.
  • Cash Handling and Inventory Management: Operate cash registers with a high level of accuracy and efficiency, and assist with inventory and ordering of merchandise.
  • Warehouse Maintenance and Organization: Ensure the warehouse is clean and organized, and stock shelves and ensure proper merchandise rotation.
  • Food Safety and Quality: Comply with Bob's Red Mill food safety policies and procedures, including adherence to FDA regulations, Safe Quality Food (SQF) Standards, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Previous experience in customer service, and a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Licenses and Certifications: Must hold or be able to obtain an OLCC license, and a valid driver's license.
  • Physical Demands: Position requires continued walking or standing for up to 4 hours at a time, and the ability to lift products weighing up to 50 pounds.
Working Environment

The primary work environment for this position is within the warehouse, and employees will be exposed to common food allergens.
