The Division of Cardiology at the University of Colorado's Department of Medicine is seeking a qualified cardiologist with specialized training in advanced cardiac imaging techniques. The role encompasses various responsibilities including inpatient care, outpatient clinic duties, and the interpretation of diagnostic imaging studies such as echocardiography, transesophageal echocardiography (TEE), computed tomography (CT), magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), and nuclear imaging.
Key Responsibilities
- Function as a general cardiologist and imaging specialist, engaging in both inpatient and outpatient settings, while utilizing multiple cardiac imaging modalities.
- Possess Level III certification in Cardiac CT and/or MRI.
- Analyze a diverse range of diagnostic imaging studies, including echocardiography, TEE, CT, MRI, and nuclear imaging.
- Participate in a variety of academic endeavors, including teaching, research, administrative tasks, and advocacy, within a prestigious university environment.
