Key Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical services to patients with speech, language, cognitive communication, voice, and swallowing disorders
  • Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients using standardized tests and evidence-based practices
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation according to departmental and regulatory requirements
  • Supervise and educate new employees and students as needed
  • Maintain effective communication with patients, families, and healthcare professionals

Requirements

">
  • Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current state licensure as a Speech Pathologist
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for healthcare providers
  • Hospital experience, preferably in pediatric or adult populations

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Medical-Based Speech (MBS) assessments and FE testing
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech Pathology
  • Previous experience as a Speech Pathologist in a hospital setting
