Clinic Navigator Role

The Clinic Navigator plays a vital role in ensuring smooth operations within the clinic, providing a positive patient experience with every customer encounter. This position is responsible for the overall patient flow through the clinic, providing excellent customer service skills and professional demeanor at all times.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist providers in delivering professional medical care, including patient registration, rooming patients, taking vitals, and documenting in the EMR per clinic protocol.
  • Process refill requests, collect fees as appropriate, and perform phlebotomy duties.
  • Ensure a positive patient experience by providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.
