Qualification Requirements
  • Ability to deliver plates and food, and clear tables
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
  • Ability to hear well in a loud environment
  • Ability to dress neatly and be well-groomed in company-approved uniform
  • Ability to operate the POS system, make change correctly, and process credit card transactions accurately
  • Ability to respond calmly to angry guests and notify a manager
  • Ability to read and write notes to hearing-impaired guests
  • Ability to read menus to sight-impaired guests
  • Ability to verbalize menu items clearly to guests
  • Ability to read and write
  • Ability to stand and walk during the entire shift
  • Ability to reach, bend, stoop, and wipe counters/tables
