About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer to join our team at LADGOV CORPORATION. As a key member of our creative team, you will be responsible for designing and developing visual communications materials that effectively convey our message to various audiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: You will be responsible for initiating communication processes, introducing key task participants, and ensuring a common understanding of subtask requirements and objectives.
  • Visual Information Support: You will provide support for visual information products and deliverables to support command communication goals.
  • Design and Development: You will create multiple media products, including digital signage, website, social media, and other communication products.
  • Photography and Videography Backup Support: You will provide photography backup duties, including photo and/or camera operations at command events, award presentations, tours, working photos, and studio photography.
Requirements
  • Education: A Bachelor's Degree in fine arts, communications, graphic design, or a related field.
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in graphic design, visual communications, or a related field.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop, and working knowledge of Microsoft Publisher.
  • Certifications: A DoD Secret clearance is required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Photography and Photo Editing: Experience in photography and photo editing is preferred.
  • Section 508 Compliance: Knowledge of Section 508 compliance standards and how to create 508-compliant print and digital products is preferred.
