Senior Lead Engineer, Manufacturing Process Optimization

The Senior Lead Engineer, Manufacturing Process Optimization is responsible for designing, developing, and deploying processes for manufacturing to achieve quality, cost, and delivery goals for Celestica and its customers' products. This role requires a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and the ability to lead cross-functional teams to optimize production efficiency and quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy manufacturing processes to meet quality, cost, and delivery goals
- Lead cross-functional teams to optimize production efficiency and quality
- Collaborate with customers to understand their technical requirements and develop processes to meet those needs
- Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives using Design for Manufacturability (DFM) tools and processes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
- 4-6 years of experience in manufacturing engineering or a related field
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
