- Patient Care
- Provide direct patient care and support to patients and families.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of patients.
- Education
- High School Diploma or GED, required.
- Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program, required.
- Associates Degree or Bachelor's degree in a related field, preferred.
- Experience
- Minimum of two years of demonstrated leadership, training, and process improvement experience.
- Experience in the physician office practice setting, required.
- Licensure/Certification
- Current LPN licensure in the appropriate state, required.
- Additional Skills
- Successful completion of generic and department-specific skills validation, competency testing, and Basic Life Support.
- Leadership development, preferred.
