Job Description:
Texas Tech University is seeking a highly qualified Associate or Full Professor of Finance to join its esteemed faculty. They will also have experience teaching at the undergraduate and graduate levels, as well as a commitment to mentoring students. A PhD in Finance or a closely related field is required.

We offer a competitive salary, commensurate with qualifications and experience, estimated to be around $180,000 annually. **About the Position:**
This full-time, 9-month appointment will begin Fall 2025. The successful candidate will teach courses at the undergraduate, master's, and/or PhD levels, contribute to the growth of our PhD program, and maintain a strong record of publishing in top-tier finance journals. Experience working with diverse student populations is preferred.

**Requirements:**
* PhD in Finance or a closely related field
* Proven track record of publishing in top-tier finance journals
* Experience teaching at the undergraduate and graduate levels
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Successful mentorship and placement of former PhD students
* Teaching experience at the doctoral level
* Research focus aligned with banking, real estate, or investment fields
* Relevant industry work experience
