School Psychologist

Soliant Education is seeking a dedicated School Psychologist to join a dynamic K-12 educational team in the Lenah, VA area. As a key player in supporting student success, you will conduct comprehensive assessments, provide counseling, and collaborate with educators and administrators to foster a positive learning environment.

• Conduct thorough psychological evaluations and assessments for K-12 students.
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and intervention strategies.
• Provide counseling and support services to students facing emotional, behavioral, or academic challenges.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school administrators to address student needs and enhance the educational experience.
• Monitor and track student progress, making necessary adjustments to interventions.
• Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings and contribute to school-wide initiatives.

• Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related field.
• Current and valid School Psychologist license in Virginia.
• Experience working with K-12 students preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of educators and support staff.
