We are seeking a skilled Licensed Clinical Therapist to provide part-time services to our clients in Douglas County, GA.
Job Responsibilities- Provide clinical services to consumers with severe and persistent behavioral health disorders.
- Facilitate skill-building and evidence-based groups.
- Conduct face-to-face comprehensive assessments to identify problems and service needs.
- Write individual service plans that meet Medicaid, insurer, CARF, and other required standards.
- Arrange appointment schedules to maximize use of work time.
- Provide service linking and monitoring.
- Offer symptom management, behavior management planning, teaching of relevant skills, supportive community-based interventions, and crisis intervention services.
- Master's Degree in social work, psychology, or related field.
- Current license as a LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the State of Georgia, or master's with LAPC, LMSW, or LAMFT and ability to obtain LPC/LCSW/LMFT licensure within 3 months of hire.
- Minimum of two years' experience in clinical social work.
- Experience working with moderate to severe and persistently mentally ill populations.
