Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Flex Merchandising Specialist to join our national retail merchandising team. As a Flex Merchandising Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality retail services to our clients, including auditing products, counting inventory, setting new fixtures and displays, and stocking products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Visit various retail locations within 25 miles of your home to perform merchandising tasks
  • Audit products and count inventory to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Set new fixtures and displays to enhance store appearance and customer experience
  • Stock products and place shelf labels to ensure efficient and effective inventory management
  • Perform other merchandising tasks as needed to support client goals and objectives
Requirements
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and bend, stoop, and stand for long periods of time
  • Access to reliable transportation
  • Smartphone access for reporting and photo capture
  • Availability on weekdays for training purposes
