At Ruby Tuesday, we are seeking a Dishware Sanitizer to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of all glassware, tableware, and cooking utensils/vessels.

This role involves setting up, maintaining, and breaking down the dish machine area according to safety and sanitation requirements. You will also be responsible for washing and storing all tableware and kitchenware, as well as bagging and hauling dish room trash.
