Job Responsibilities:

As a post-acute care nurse, you'll provide high-quality nursing care in SNFs and ALFs, administering individualized treatments and medications to residents. You'll also develop care plans, set up medical equipment, and document interventions and medical condition histories.

Requirements:
  • Completion of an approved nursing program
  • At least 4 months' experience in post-acute care or in-patient hospital settings
  • Clinicians must be vaccinated against Covid-19
