AHA BLS certification is required. Additionally, ACLS, PALS, and Tech Cert Verification - National are necessary. HIPAA Safety Manual Acknowledgement and State License 1 Verification are also required. NURSYS Verification (RN, LPN/LVN, AP) is a must.
Job Details
This is a 36/48 schedule with every other weekend. No call is required, but floating to other units when needed is necessary. Two years of experience are required, and first-time travelers are accepted. Previous charge experience is preferred.
Schedule Information
The schedule is 36/48 with every other weekend. No call is required, but floating to other units when needed is necessary. Hospital can cancel/call off one shift biweekly without a financial penalty from the employed 36/36 or 36/48 schedule if there is a decrease in census.
Additional Details
Contract RN/LPN team members are expected to actively participate in nursing student support and clinical education as we prepare future nurses for the profession. The clinical nursing student education responsibility is expected in addition to/alongside the provision of clinical care practice in every nursing specialty at Ballad Health.
